About Jess

My name is Jess, and as a busy mum of three, I’ve personally felt the toll sleep deprivation can take on a family. This experience inspired me to become a Paediatric Sleep Consultant, blending over a decade of nursing experience with my passion for women’s and paediatric health. I’m dedicated to helping families not just survive but thrive by crafting tailored sleep plans that address each child’s unique needs while aligning with their parents’ values.

My work is enriched by my role as a school nurse in a specialist school, where I’ve gained invaluable insights into supporting children with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. This experience enables me to create customised sleep strategies that cater to each child’s specific challenges, ensuring they—and their families—enjoy better sleep and a more harmonious home life. I’m proud to offer NDIS claimable services, making my support accessible to families with children living with disabilities.

Beyond my consultancy, I collaborate with allied health professionals to provide comprehensive care, offering educational resources such as workshops, visual routine charts, and even a children’s book. I’m passionate about the power of positive parenting techniques and actively engage with the community to empower parents and foster healthy sleep habits in children. My ultimate goal is to restore calm and rest to your household because I firmly believe that a well-rested family is a happy family.

As a Paediatric Sleep Consultant, nothing brings me more joy than hearing how my guidance has transformed families’ lives. I’ve had the privilege of working with many families, helping them achieve the restful nights they deserve. My success is reflected not just in improved sleep but in the overall positive changes in a child’s life—from easier daycare drop-offs because they’re no longer exhausted, to parents enjoying bedtime as a time of connection rather than conflict.

In addition to my consulting work, I’ve written a children’s book to further support families on their sleep journey. Each success story fuels my passion to continue empowering parents and fostering healthy sleep habits in children, ensuring that bedtime becomes a peaceful and cherished routine for everyone.
